BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation of an existing or no-show’s within 24 hour period of travel, will forfeit full payment.
- Cancellations outside 24 hours notice will receive a full refund less a $25 administration fee.
- Bookings are recommended to be paid in full to secure booking or paid on arrival (Eftpos available)
- All prices include GST. Airport parking, fees and road tolls.
- Any booking required before 6am and after 10pm will incur a 15% additional surcharge.
- A fee of $25 will be applied every 15 minutes to any pick up that are 10 minutes over the booked pick up time.
- Byron Luxury Tours have the right to charge an appropriate cleaning and repair fee to the hirer for any damages to the interior or exterior of the vehicle.
- Byron Luxury Tours holds the right to refuse any passengers that are violent, heavily intoxicated and unruly. The driver has the decision to refuse all services, as well as forfeit 100% of payment.
AIRPORT TRANSFER CONDITIONS
- Byron Luxury Tours monitor closely all flight movements to make sure we meet you at your destination on time.
- Domestic Arrivals – complimentary waiting of 25 minutes once plane has landed.
- International Arrivals – complimentary waiting time of 40 minutes once plane has landed. An additional fee of $25 will be charged every 15 minutes thereafter.
- Any unexpected commercial flight cancellations must be made aware to Byron Luxury Tours ASAP to avoid a no-show / 100% cancellation fee.
- Byron Luxury Tours will do our best to provide you with the same transfer at a later time or date if available.
- For any significant flight delays please contact Byron Luxury tours. We aim to try our best to provide an alternative transfer at the new arrival / pick up time .
